Shipping Policy – Delivery Zones

Echo-Blinddog delivers its products to mainland France and internationally. Available delivery zones are indicated during the ordering process on the website www.echo-blinddog.com.

  • Mainland France: Delivery available throughout the territory
  • European Union: Delivery available to all member countries
  • International: Delivery available to most countries (check availability when ordering)

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and weight of the package. They are clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

  • Shipping costs are not included in the product price
  • The exact amount of fees is indicated in the order summary before payment
  • The displayed fees constitute an advance payment made by the Customer

Delivery Times

Delivery times are given as an indication and may vary depending on the destination:

  • Mainland France: 3 to 7 business days
  • European Union: 5 to 10 business days
  • International (outside EU): 7 to 21 business days

These timeframes are estimates and start from the date the package is shipped. Delays may occur due to transport conditions or customs formalities.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • The tracking number for your package
  • A link to the carrier’s website to track your delivery in real time
  • The carrier’s contact information

In case of delay or delivery issues, it is the Customer’s responsibility to contact the carrier directly using the tracking number provided. Echo-Blinddog remains available to assist the Customer with their inquiries if necessary.

Shipping Conditions

Products are shipped under EXW (Ex Works) conditions from our warehouse located in Fegersheim, France.

  • Risks related to transport (loss, theft, damage) are transferred to the Customer upon handover of the package to the carrier
  • We recommend checking the condition of the package upon receipt and reporting any anomalies to the carrier
  • In case of a damaged package, please note written reservations with the carrier at the time of delivery

Taxes and Customs Duties

For deliveries within the European Union:

No additional customs fees will be applied. Displayed prices include all taxes (VAT included).

For deliveries outside the European Union:

Taxes, customs duties or import fees may be applied by the local authorities of the destination country. These fees are determined by the customs regulations of the destination country and vary according to:

  • The destination country
  • The nature of the product
  • The declared value of the package

Important: These fees are the responsibility of the Customer and are not included in the order price, except in case of DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipment where duties and taxes are prepaid by Echo-Blinddog and included in the total order amount. The delivery method (DDP or not) is indicated during the ordering process.

Echo-Blinddog cannot be held responsible for customs fees or taxes applied by the authorities of the destination country.

Delivery Address

Please ensure that the delivery address provided when placing your order is correct and complete. Echo-Blinddog cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Any address change after order confirmation must be communicated as soon as possible to: admin@echo-blinddog.com.
